In this panel discussion, Ali Bakhtiari asks the panelist about the moment a collection goes beyond the walls of a collector’s house and topics like storation, conservation and restoration rise this implies their importance. He asks each panelist how they started collecting and what were their initial intents, when they first realized their collection is thematized and etc. They later discuss the resemblances and differences between Iran and western foundations. Each panelist, according to their professional field such as print and publication, museology and etc. discuss their perspective towards publicizing collections.
