Photo and video exhibition + book launch

“Viva Factory” photo exhibition, a long-term narrative documentary collection of Porcelain factory worker’s daily life, attempts to give a general non-exaggerated picture of today's factory hierarchical relations in Iran by combining short videos of worker's life in the factory; although with limited case samples.
Also during the exhibition, the “Viva Factory” book was launched in the Kandovan building which is the first volume of a social documentary photo collection and has been published by Akhtaran publication.

Born in Tehran in 1991, Aidin Bagheri is a sociologist, researcher, documentary filmmaker and artist. He holds a BA and MA in sociology and is currently completing a Ph.D in the same field. His focus of study revolves around social issues concerning the city, war and women. His research has been reviewed in local media articles, documentary films and exhibition. His current work on a series of artistic media are related to his research results.
