“New Horizons” International Film Festival, first launched in 2001, is an event aimed at presenting independent artistic cinema, which search for new ways of expression, and breaking the frontiers set by conventional filmmakers. The 22nd edition of this festival started on July 21 this year and was present until today, July 31, and the rest of the festival will be held online until August 7.
